Rising With The DawnA MeditationThere is a time in the day recognized and named in Yoga as an auspicious moment. It is called Brahmamuhurtha. Waking before, or with the dawn, is mystical. It doesn’t actually need a special name, or any instructions, or a fact sheet. It inspires reverence.
